Shipping & Returns

• Orders may be cancelled with no obligation within 3 business days from the order date.  
• Once the 3 business days had expired, all or any part of orders for merchandise canceled, merchandise refused, or returned, shall be subject to a 25% return charge. 
• Upon arrival, inspect for concealed damage, missing parts, or an incomplete order. If any issues are found during this inspection, contact help@vendingpending.com immediately. All other damages or problems must be noted, in writing, when signing freight log or bill of lading.

• The order may be cancelled within 72 hours of original purchase by email to help@vendingpending.com
• Shipping cost will be determined based on destination of product. 
• Estimated delivery lead time is 1-2 weeks

RockNRoller

• You may cancel the order for a full refund anytime before the product ships.  
• If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival please contact us by email, phone, or text to receive further instructions on how to proceed with a return or replacement.
• Once the order has shipped and you would like to cancel or return the order.  You will be responsible for repackaging the product to be returned and for shipping cost.  Once the item is returned, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

• No returns of the order will be accepted nor refunded.
• Cancellations may have a 20% restocking fee depending on the circumstances of the cancellation per Vending Pending's discretion.
• Depending on the unit, lead times may vary 2-8 weeks. Please see the product description for more accurate lead times.
• Buyer shall examine items before signing transportation receipt. If items are received damaged, Buyer should insist that the carrier itemize damage on the freight bill and immediately file a damage claim.  Please contact Vending Pending immediately. 

Carnation USA

• Orders may be returned 7 days after receiving the unit to get a full refund.
• Most units can be shipped with 1-2 business days of the order.
